Managing Partner & Principal
Andrew Larwood is a Managing Partner & Principal of Capital Real Estate Group’s U.S. Healthcare Investment Sales team. Andrew has advised and successfully closed on over $1 billion in healthcare real estate transactions. He is responsible for marketing and executing the team’s disposition assignments due to his strong relationships with public and private healthcare REITS as well as private equity groups.
Andrew specializes in portfolio, multi-tenant, and single-tenant transactions, and has significant experience in forming creative deal structures that achieve the complex objectives of ownership groups. Prior to joining CREG, Andrew was a Director at a middle markets investment banking firm where he headed up the healthcare investment sales group. Together, Andrew and Allen have Asset Value of Healthcare Real Estate Transactions Years of Healthcare Real Estate Experience.
