Managing Partner & Principal
Allen Inman is a Managing Partner & Principal of Capital Real Estate Group’s U.S. Healthcare Investment Sales team. Allen has advised on over $1 billion in healthcare real estate transactions and is an integral part of the marketing process and execution phase of the transaction process.
Allen specializes in portfolio, multi-tenant, and single-tenant transactions that involve a sale/ leaseback component, and he has significant experience in forming creative deal structures that achieve the complex objectives of ownership groups. Prior to joining CREG, Allen was a Director at a middle markets investment banking firm where he headed up the healthcare investment sales group.
