CREG | U.S. Healthcare Investment Sales team is pleased to announce the sale of The Surgery Center at Cranberry located in Cranberry Township, PA for $7,650,000. 

The Property, totaling approximately 20,650 rentable square feet is 100% occupied by the Scott & Christie Associates P.C., Surgery Center at Cranberry, LLC, and Good Looks Eyeware, Inc. The ophthalmology and optometry practices are led by founder and highly trained, board-certified ophthalmologist, Dr. Scott Christie. Scott & Christie Eyecare Associates, P.C. is comprised of three (3) ophthalmologists and four (4) optometrists.

The Surgery Center at Cranberry is located on the first floor of the Building and is a multi-specialty facility that consists of three (3) operating rooms, two (2) procedure rooms, one (1) laser room, and fifteen (15) pre and post-operative beds.

The transaction was structured as a sale-leaseback, enabling the physicians to take advantage of favorable market conditions while providing the physicians with long-term control through multiple lease extension options.
