Altieri's saw him complete over $40 million in sales transactions in 2023 and over $100 million in total transaction volume since 2013. Altieri's expertise extends to healthcare real estate, where he advises owners on the disposition of clinical and operational properties.
He has listed medical office portfolios valued over $100 million and specializes in advising physician-owners, public, and private healthcare real estate owners on various transactions, including sale/leasebacks, debt/equity recapitalizations, and tax-deferred strategies like §1031 exchanges and UPREITs.
